If you made a successful "In-App Purchase" and your Shuffle account balance didn't update, it could be that you are experiencing a syncing delay between the backend and mobile front-end of the app.
This technical issue is usually solved by force closing the Shuffle App and then reopening.
Follow these steps:
- Press the "Home" button of your iPhone twice quickly (You'll see small previews of your recently used apps)
- Swipe up on Shuffle’s preview to close it
If this doesn't update your Shuffle account balance, please submit a support request and include your iTunes receipt so we can investigate further.
